Sessions combine gentle lymphatic techniques with guided learning and practical skill-building, helping you understand your body and build sustainable rituals between visits.

Care follows how the lymphatic system naturally functions - supporting regulation, comfort and long-term well-being rather than appearance-driven goals.

  • My work is guided by lymphatic physiology, safety and thoughtful pacing rather than one fixed method.

Sessions combine gentle lymphatic techniques with education and practical skill-building. You receive lymphatic work during the session while also learning how to support your body between visits. Together, we build a simple, personalized lymphatic ritual based on how your body responds and what supports you in daily life.

Care may include diaphragmatic breathing, regional sequencing, positioning, and lymphatic approaches informed by Vodder and Brazilian traditions when appropriate. Pressure/rhythm are always adjusted to support comfort and regulation rather than force change.

Post-injury, post-surgical and lymphedema support follow the same gentle, anatomy-informed approach. Care is adapted to tissue sensitivity, healing stages and long-term management needs.

  • I support clients who are experiencing:

    • Swelling or lymphatic congestion

    • Post-surgical and medical recovery needs (including oncology-related care)

    • Lymphedema or Lipedema

    • Nervous system sensitivity or intolerance to high-pressure bodywork

    • A desire for function-first care

This work is especially suited for those who value safety, thoughtful pacing, long-term support and learning how to build sustainable care practices.

  • My foundation is in rehabilitation and oncology care. I bring nearly a decade of experience working in clinical settings, including acute oncology rehabilitation, home-based orthopedic care and lymphedema management.

I am trained and certified in:

    • Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder-based)

    • Lymphedema management

    • Post-surgical lymphatic support

    • Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage

My approach is shaped by both hands-on clinical experience and continued education in lymphatic physiology and recovery-focused care.

  • Haus of Lymph values collaboration and continuity of care. I welcome:

    • Medical referrals

    • Coordination with physical therapists, occupational therapists and physicians

    • Clients seeking lymphatic support alongside other forms of medical or rehabilitative care

This work is designed to complement (not replace) appropriate medical treatment.
