Our Mission
At Haus of Lymph, we are dedicated to spreading awareness and knowledge about holistic lymphatic wellness.
Jessa is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), and Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapist (CCST) with nearly a decade of clinical experience in diverse healthcare settings—She has worked at one of the nation’s leading oncology hospitals, where she provided rehabilitative support to patients navigating complex cancer treatments and surgical recovery.
In addition to her hospital-based experience, Jessa has a strong background in home health physical therapy, where she developed expertise in supporting safe, effective recovery after surgery and providing long-term care for patients managing lymphedema. This gave her a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face during healing—particularly when navigating surgical drains, limited mobility and pain in the home environment.
Through this work, Jessa began to recognize a persistent gap in the standard approach to healthcare. While Western medicine excels in acute care and diagnostics, it often falls short in offering the long-term, patient-centered support needed for full recovery—physically, emotionally, and functionally.
Jessa founded her practice to bridge this gap. Her goal is to offer clients high-quality, personalized care that supports the body not only on a physical level, but through nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and informed self-care. Her treatment approach blends clinical evidence based care with compassion—ensuring that each session supports both recovery and overall wellness.
Drawing on her diverse certifications, Jessa specializes in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), complete decongestive therapy (CDT), post-operative lymphatic massage and scar tissue mobilization. She also offers Brazilian lymphatic drainage, a technique known for its sculpting effects and support of healthy lymphatic flow.
Reiki and guided breathwork are often integrated into her sessions inviting clients to slow down, reconnect and release stored tension. These subtle yet powerful tools help regulate the nervous system and support the body’s ability to heal from within.
She regularly collaborates with referring MDs, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists to ensure integrated care and continuity for her clients.
Areas of focus include:
Pre- and post-surgical lymphatic drainage -(cosmetic and orthopedic)
Lymphedema management
Manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique) and complete decongestive therapy
Brazilian lymphatic drainage and body contouring
Trauma-informed care and nervous system support
Patient education and individualized home care strategies
Jessa is deeply committed to empowering clients throughout their healing process—offering not just treatment, but guidance, support, and education to help each person reconnect with their body and feel confident in their recovery journey.
