Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
1
Yes! If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can use your HSA/FSA debit card just like a regular credit or debit card for eligible services.
Whether your appointment qualifies depends on your individual plan, the purpose of the service, and any documentation your plan may require. While many clients are able to use their HSA/FSA funds, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or eligibility. If you're unsure, we recommend contacting your HSA/FSA administrator before booking.
Booking with an HSA/FSA card? Jane App may require you to save a valid credit or debit card to reserve your appointment. If you'd like to pay with your HSA/FSA card instead, no problem! I can manually update your payment method and process your HSA/FSA card at the end of your appointment. Just let me know when you arrive.
Where can I check if my expense is eligible?
2
Eligibility varies by plan. We recommend checking directly with your HSA/FSA administrator before booking.

Do I need a Letter of Medical Necessity?
3
Possibly. Some HSA/FSA plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) or other supporting documentation before they'll approve reimbursement for certain services.
A Letter of Medical Necessity is completed by your physician or other qualified healthcare provider and explains why the service is being recommended for a specific medical condition.
If your plan requires an LMN, it is your responsibility to:
Confirm the requirement with your HSA/FSA administrator before your appointment.
Obtain the completed letter from your healthcare provider.
Submit any required documentation to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.
An itemized receipt will be emailed to you after your appointment for your records.
Please note: Haus of Lymph cannot determine whether your plan requires a Letter of Medical Necessity or guarantee reimbursement. Requirements vary by plan, so we encourage you to check with your HSA/FSA administrator before booking.
Can Haus of Lymph tell me if my appointment is eligible?
4
You will receive an email receipt following your appointment. You are responsible for submitting any documentation requested by your HSA/FSA administrator.
We can explain our services, but we cannot determine HSA/FSA eligibility or guarantee reimbursement. Your HSA/FSA administrator makes the final determination based on your plan and IRS guidelines.
